Rate Information

SoundTracks charges very reasonable rates for your event. We do not charge a travel fee in the northeast Ohio area. You will not pay for setup time. Check out the discounts below if your event is not scheduled on a Saturday!

Wedding Receptions (Saturdays, May-October)

up to 7 hours	$600.00
Additional hrs.	$50.00
Dance lighting is included!

Wedding Receptions (Saturdays, November-April)

up to 7 hours	$500.00
Additional hrs.	$50.00
Dance lighting is included!

A $150 retainer/deposit is required to reserve your date.
Balance is due on or before the night of the reception.
Subtract an additional $50 for Friday and Sunday weddings!

Parties and Dances (Sunday through Friday)
