We realize that when planning your event you will have questions. Whether it is your wedding reception, birthday party or dance, there are always things to be considered. We have listed below a number of questions that we get most often. Take a look and see if your question is answered and if not, email us or give us a call. We're here to help you with your special event.

Q:
How can we see you perform?
A:
I have a video available that allows you to watch me in action. You will be able to see for yourself how special your event can be.
Q:
Do you have backup equipment?
A:
Yes. If, in the very rare instance a piece of equipment should fail, SoundTracks carries back up equipment to every event. The show will go on!
Q:
Can my guests make requests?
A:
Absolutely! We will happily take requests and play them during your event.
Q:
Can you perform at our ceremony, too?
A:
Certainly. SoundTracks has provided the music for wedding ceremonies at churches and on location including outdoors.
Q:
How much time do you need to setup?
A:
I'd prefer to have at least an hour to setup so that everything is ready when your guests arrive.
Q:
Is there a travel charge or fee if our reception is not in Canton?
A:
SoundTracks does not charge a travel fee for Stark, Summit, Holmes, Wayne, Tuscarawas, Carroll, Mahoning, Columbiana, Medina, Portage, Cuyahoga, Geauga, and Lake counties.
Q:
Is there a discount for wedding receptions scheduled on a Friday or Sunday evening?
A:
Yes! There is a $50.00 discount for Friday and Sunday receptions.
Q:
Is there a discount for wedding receptions booked during off-season (Nov.-April)?
A:
Yes! There is a $100.00 discount for receptions booked between November and April.

Do you have current songs?
A:
SoundTracks provides the most recent hits on the charts. Check them out here.
Q:
Everyone is having a great time. Can you play longer than the contracted ending time?
A:
Sure. Just be certain that the management permits me to play beyond the scheduled time. Many halls require that an event end at an absolute time.
Q:
Do you take any breaks or require dinner?
A:
SoundTracks plays non-stop for the entire time scheduled. Dinner is not required.
